The SmartSport sport software is designed to make the task of sports stakeholders more efficient and to provide the basic conditions for successful talent management.
The sport software stores athletes' training schedules and results, as well as the reports generated from this data that are key to coaches, clubs and federations willing to train the champions of the future.

The sport software simplifies administration by managing all the important data (club members, athletes, coaches, events, rules, competitions, membership fees, subsidies, grants) in a single database; a system that is transparent, easy to access, moreover, data download is just a few clicks away.

HOW DOES SMARTSPORT MAKE EVERYDAY LIFE EASIER?
REGISTRY OF SPORT CLUBS
Register and manage in a single system the master data and subsidies of sport clubs accredited by a sport federation.
The sport federation records the details of the clubs and member organizations in the SmartSport system and, if necessary, modifies them at a later stage; this includes of course all staff at the clubs (president, head of department, etc.) and their respective roles. You may also record the grants received by the clubs, which can be easily downloaded later in aggregated form for annual statements and to issue certificates. At the same time, the club management is able to grant access levels for individuals to managed functions.
COACHES REGISTRY
The software features coaches registry and administration of coaching grants, licenses and categories.
The sport software also allows for the creation of coach profiles, which can be recorded by the federations themselves, or the clubs may record them subject to further federation approval on the basis of the documentation submitted. The coach profiles include qualifications, successes and entire track records under the auspices of the federation.

ATHLETES REGISTRY
All data regarding athletes and their achievements are available for the sport federation in the system, moreover, talent management is supported by the software.
The profiles of all members of the given sport federation are available in the sport software showing not only the national team but also the individual performance, progress, results, medical certificates and competition licenses of each athlete. The recording of athletes in the system is essentially a task rendered by the club concerned, but in case a club does not use the system to manage itself the federation may take care of it.
REFEREES REGISTRY
The system has a unified registry for the referees
SmartSport's system allows for the management of referees, recording their qualifications. When appointing them for competitions, the system assists by offering only referees with the requested qualifications.
CHANGING A CLUB
The management of authorisations in connection with changes at the club level is transparent in the system.
The SmartSport system can be used to register the club to which coaches and athletes belong, and to record and approve transfer requests between clubs.
STATISTICS AND QUERIES
Detailed statistics on the performance of clubs, training sessions and athletes can be compiled to contribute to effective talent management
The data stored by SmartSport, such as competition results, survey results, and data regarding training attendance, can be easily accessed by users with the appropriate authorisation thanks to the unified data storage:

Management of general and national team training camps; administration of surveys
This sport software also helps you to manage national teams, related surveys and training camps organized for them. The system records the list of participants of the national team by discipline and age group selected by the captains of the sport federation, as well as the related membership of a particular athlete. Training camps and assessments (training sessions) can be scheduled for the members of the national team, with their performance also being tracked at federation level.
ORGANIZATION OF COMPETITIONS
Organization and management of competitions (championships), publishing results
The organization and management of competitions (championships), moreover the publication of results are also digitally supported, and SmartSport makes the dates of major competitions and other relevant competition information visible through a public calendar of events, facilitating communication with the clubs. The sport software can be used to centrally communicate the current rules of the competition, to appoint referees for a given competition based on the data registered in the system, and to configure functions that support the sport-specific management, such as sport-specific rules for registration and result structures.
