COACHES
Recording coaches at the club level
The SmartSport sport software records the coaches of the clubs and their qualifications, moreover records changes of clubs. Coaches can create their training plans within the system, track their athletes' progress and evaluate the results to develop more successful training plans.
ATHLETES
Recording athletes at the club level
The sport software records the athletes by clubs and their key data, as well as the guardians of underage athletes. The system can also record athletes' training work, their participation in training sessions, their assessment results and their rankings in competitions. Athletes also have their own profile within the application, through which they can even write reviews/evaluations of their training sessions and access their own results. The public event calendar provides a comprehensive overview of scheduled competitions, training sessions and other club events.

CHANGING STATUS
Applications for contracts, transfers and competition licenses
The processes regarding confirmation of contract, transfer and competition license are used to keep up-to-date the confirmed / non-certified / licensed / unlicensed athletes, which are the basis for all data reporting in sport. Where no federation process is available, these statuses can be recorded and managed on the athlete's record sheet, subject to eligibility.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Registration of monthly payments
The sport software records the membership fees paid by the athletes of a given club and displays it in a simple list view, making it easy to convert monthly payments and arrears. And the group messaging function makes it easy to notify parents / guardians of any overdue payments or arrears.
GROUPS
Athletes can be divided into several groups
Coaches can easily create groups in the SmartSport system and set up training session schedules for a specific group. An athlete may be a member of more than one group depending on the training schedule the coaches have planned for him/her, moreover, a group may have several coaches.
STATISTICS AND QUERIES
Simple statements and data analysis
The data stored by SmartSport, such as competition results, survey results, and data regarding training attendance, can be easily accessed by users with the appropriate authorisation thanks to the unified data storage:
- Data requests from clubs, coaches, athletes and other users registered in the system
- Competition licenses and their status, validity of the medical licenses
- Competition results of athletes, per coach and per competition
- Number, time and attendance of training sessions by group, coaches and competitors
- Assessment data by person, group, coaches and competitors, displaying requirement levels

Event management
SmartSport makes it easy for events that are important for the club to be visible to all stakeholders in a public calendar of events, where they can create their own events (e.g. parents' meeting, professional meeting, or manage the occupancy of common facilities or tools) in addition to training sessions, competitions, training camps, and even sending out an invitation, to make sure all the essential and important information reaches everyone.
